The course covers Primary Assessment, First Aid & CPR Skills, Primary Stabilization Techniques, and includes optional components like Oxygen Administration in Diving Emergencies and Automated External Defibrillation (AED) Basics.

What are my requirements?
No dive certification required
Minimum age: 15 years.
How long will it take?
Depending on the amount of independent study and the class size, the course can be completed as little as a day.
Where can I go from there?
You can do the SSI Diver Stress and Rescue specialty course (provided you meet the other requirements) which teaches you how to prevent and respond to diver emergencies.
